Withdrawal from the Purchase Contract (Returns)
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receiving the goods in accordance with UK consumer law.
How to Return Goods
- Complete the Returns Form.
- Pack the goods carefully, preferably in their original packaging.
- Include the completed form inside the parcel.
- Send the parcel to our returns address.
A refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Claims (Complaints)
You have the right to make a complaint regarding the goods within 24 months of receiving the item.
How to Make a Complaint
- Complete the Complaint Form.
- Pack the goods securely.
- Include the completed form and a copy of your purchase invoice.
- Send everything to our complaints address.
You will receive a final assessment of your complaint within 30 days of us receiving the goods.
