A modern, child-friendly version of the Priessnitz wrap. The three-layer design holds a removable insert that can be cooled or warmed to provide soothing relief for symptoms associated with colds, flu and infant colic. Comfortable cotton knit and an adjustable Velcro strap make it quick to fit and gentle on delicate skin.

bronchitis (with or without fever)
wet or dry cough (use choice of cold/warm accordingly)
infant colic and abdominal discomfort

Note: For additional traditional support some parents place a lightly scented herb sachet (onion, herbs) in the pocket — optional.

Care Instructions The wrap can be washed in the washing machine at 40 °C (104 °F) and left to dry naturally. Please avoid stretching when drying to maintain its shape.

Durability We use high-quality materials designed to last. With normal use and care, your wrap should remain effective for 3–5 years.

How to use HydroCure Wrap

Wet/cold use

Soak the removable insert in cool water (8–16 °C). For small children use milder temperature (≈22 °C). Wring out, insert and fasten the wrap comfortably around chest/abdomen/back/hips.

Dry/warm use

Warm an insert (cherry stone or buckwheat pad) gently — radiator, warm iron, or microwave following pad instructions. Slide into the pocket and secure the wrap on the child.

The division of wraps into categories for children and adults is only indicative. It depends on the measured circumference of the body part. (If an adult fits a children's wrap, order a children's wrap and vice versa.)

The multi-purpose wrap grows with the child over time due to the adjustable length of the Velcro. (The adjustable Velcro length for newborns (size 1) is 10 cm/4 inch, for children (sizes 2 and 3) is 20 cm/7.9 inch and for adults (sizes 4, 5 and 6) is 30 cm/11.8 inch.

(*) Size designation

We measure the circumference of the body part we want to treat! Measure preferably with a tailor's tape measure.

We'll measure either:

[1] UPPER GIRTH (measured across the widest part of the breasts),

[2] Waist circumference (The waist is halfway between the top of the hip bone and the bottom of the last rib. It is normally the narrowest part of the torso.), or

[3] SIDE GIRTH (across the widest part of the buttocks).

Find the appropriate range of measured circumference in the table and order the appropriate size. If you want to use the wraps with heating pads, we recommend adding 3 cm/1.2 inch to the measured size.
