HydroCure Wrap® - Knee, Calf & Elbow

The HydroCure Knee & Elbow Wrap® is a modern version of the traditional Priessnitz wrap, trusted for over 220 years. With a three-layer design, it offers targeted relief to joints, tendons, and muscles. The wrap can be used for:

  • Rheumatic conditions

  • Inflammation of veins and surrounding tissues

  • Children’s growing pains (especially in the knees)

  • Muscle strain or overuse

  • Recovery after fractures or injuries

  • Joint, tendon, or muscle inflammation

For added benefit, you can combine the wrap with natural remedies such as herbal decoctions, oils, or gels.

Outer layer: 100% knitted cotton (220 gsm) Core: 50% polyester, 25% cotton, 25% polyurethane Inner lining: 100% cotton (removable) Closure: Velcro fastening
Care Instructions The wrap can be washed in the washing machine at 40 °C (104 °F) and left to dry naturally. Please avoid stretching when drying to maintain its shape.
Durability We use high-quality materials designed to last. With normal use and care, your wrap should remain effective for 3–5 years.

How to use HydroCure Wrap

Wet/cold use

Soak the removable inner lining in cool water (8–16 °C). For children or sensitive users, use cooler but not icy water (around 22 °C). Wring out and place back inside the wrap. Apply around the affected area and secure gently. (Alternative: cool a pillow insert in the fridge/freezer and use inside the wrap).

Dry/cold use

Heat the insert. Warm the cherry stone pillow on a radiator or with an iron (buckwheat pillows naturally retain warmth). Insert into the wrap: Place the warmed pillow inside the wrap, beneath the fastening straps. Apply the wrap: Position the wrap around the affected area and secure gently with the elastic closure.

Dry use

Wear the wrap dry to retain the body’s natural warmth and provide light compression. Herbs or sachets can be placed inside the pocket for a soothing aroma.
