HydroCure Wrap – Based on the Priessnitz Method

The HydroCure Wrap is a natural aid for easing discomfort such as headaches (including migraines), sleep problems, dizziness, or even toothache. Used warm, it can also bring relief for sinus pressure or earache. Thanks to the removable inner liner, you can also enjoy the calming effect of herbal infusions, just as our grandmothers once recommended.

The inner removable part can be gently warmed on a radiator or with an iron. A warm buckwheat husk pillow can also be used to hold the heat for longer.

Composition of Our Wraps

Outer layer: 100% knitted cotton (220 gsm) Core: 50% polyester, 25% cotton, 25% polyurethane Inner lining: 100% cotton (removable) Closure: Velcro fastening

Care Instructions The wrap can be washed in the washing machine at 40 °C (104 °F) and left to dry naturally. Please avoid stretching when drying to maintain its shape.

Durability We use high-quality materials designed to last. With normal use and care, your wrap should remain effective for 3–5 years.

How to use the product

Wet/cold use

Prepare the lining: Soak the removable inner lining of the wrap in cold water (8–16 °C / 46–60 °F). For children or sensitive users, use cooler – but not icy – water, around 22 °C / 71 °F. Insert the lining: Wring out the lining and place it back inside the wrap. Alternatively, you can use a pillow insert with filling. To apply as a cold compress, cool the pillow in the fridge or freezer as directed. Safety Note: Do not use the wrap on infected areas, open or poorly healing wounds, or on skin conditions such as eczema.

Dry/warm use

Heat the insert. Warm the cherry stone pillow on a radiator or with an iron (buckwheat pillows naturally retain warmth). Insert into the wrap: Place the warmed pillow inside the wrap, beneath the fastening straps. Apply the wrap: Position the wrap around the affected area and secure gently with the elastic closure.
