Refund policy

Changing your mind

For eligible online purchases, tell us you wish to cancel within 14 days after receiving your order. You then have another 14 days to send the goods back. Email info@hydrocurewraps.co.uk with your order number and the items you wish to return. You may use the optional cancellation form below, but using it is not required.

You pay return postage for a change-of-mind return. Pack items securely and keep proof of posting. You may inspect them as you would in a shop; excessive handling may reduce the refund. Original packaging is helpful but is not a condition of your statutory cancellation right.

We refund eligible items and the standard outbound delivery charge when the whole order is cancelled. Refunds go to the original payment method within 14 days of cancellation; we may wait until the goods return or you provide evidence of return, whichever is earlier.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. Photographs can help but are not a condition of your legal rights. We will arrange the appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return costs where required. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
