Orders and payment

Check the product, size, colour, quantity, delivery address and total before submitting your order. Payment methods available for your order appear at checkout. Payment is required before dispatch.

The initial order email acknowledges receipt of your order. We accept the order when we send its dispatch confirmation. If we cannot accept it, for example because stock is unavailable or there is an obvious pricing error, we will contact you and refund any payment taken. We will not substitute a product without your agreement.

Prices are shown in GBP. The delivery charge and final payable total appear before payment. Price changes do not affect accepted orders. Product prices include UK VAT where applicable. The displayed UK delivery price also includes VAT where applicable.

Products and delivery

Choose the appropriate size and follow the supplied instructions and care guidance. Screen settings can affect how colours appear. Product descriptions, dimensions and package contents apply to the selected product.

Goods must meet the standards required by UK consumer law. Nothing in these terms removes statutory rights or excludes liability where doing so would be unlawful.

The law of England and Wales applies, without removing mandatory consumer protections. Consumers living in Scotland or Northern Ireland retain their right to bring proceedings in their local courts. Contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern.

Updates to these terms apply to future purchases, not retrospectively to accepted orders.
